Contact
Write to the desk that can actually answer.
Owner-confirmed: info@24g.org (programmes) · admin@24g.org (site / verify).
24G GenNext is operated by XTF Global Limited. Email is the record. During term time, info@24g.org replies the same day. We do not run a public phone tree, and we do not confirm certificates in a social-media inbox.
Live briefs
briefs@24g.org
Clarifications that might change a constraint. If we change one, we post it to every team, not only to the team that asked.
Certificates
verify@24g.org
IDs that will not resolve, missing PDFs, suspected forgeries. Use the public verifier first.
Press
press@24g.org
Season facts, Finals week, and the difference between 24G and the programmes on The Field. Please do not write that we are affiliated with them.
XTF Global Limited operates 24G. A related public site is www.xtfd.com. Mail about GenNext should still come here, not to a generic foundation inbox, if you want a season-specific answer.
